摘 要:养马岛作为“仙境烟台第一走廊”东部起点、烟台滨海一线文化旅游带的重要一环,在烟台市文旅产业中占据重要位置,发展前景广阔。虽然具有自然资源和文化资源的双重优势,但养马岛的旅游产业发展依然没有摆脱低附加值、低黏性、高生态环境压力的传统观光旅游模式。其主要原因在于定位不清晰、产品创新不足、旅游人才缺乏。为此,本文在综合调研的基础上提出乡村振兴战略与海岛生态旅游互促发展的解决方案,以品牌文化建设强化目标定位、以精品项目打造提升产品质量、以旅游人才队伍建设提升服务质量,以期为海岛地区乡村振兴战略实施提供借鉴。As the eastern starting point of the“Fairyland Yantai First Corridor”and an important link in the Yantai coastal cultural and tourism belt,Yangma Island occupies an im-portant position in Yantai’s tourism industry and has broad development prospects.Although it has advantages of both natural and cultural resources,Yangma Island’s tourism development has not broken through the traditional sightseeing tourism model with low added value,low stickiness,and high environmental pressure.The main reason for this is the lack of clear po-sitioning,insufficient product innovation,and a lack of tourism talent.Therefore,based on comprehensive research,this paper proposes a solution for the mutual promotion of rural re-vitalization strategy and ecological tourism on islands,by strengthening the target positioning through brand cultural construction,enhancing product quality through the development of high-quality projects,and improving service quality through the construction of tourism talent teams,with the aim of providing reference for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in island areas.
