摘　　要：青岛市影视产业发展快,但市场规模较小;滨海旅游业规模较大,但转型发展需求迫切。影视对文化滨海旅游发展具有重要推动作用,青岛市影视文旅融合发展潜力巨大。当前,青岛市以影视工业为发展重心,影视文化影响力小,文旅融合发展水平低,存在影视作品对青岛城市形象塑造贡献不足、对滨海旅游资源挖掘和滨海旅游产品开发助力偏弱等问题。应当转变发展思路,强化顶层设计;增加影视作品与青岛滨海城市形象的关联度,提升青岛曝光率;促进影视资源与滨海旅游资源融合开发;推动影视IP与青岛滨海旅游产品开发相结合;深化影视对青岛特色城市文化的表达和解读。同时,应在规划体系、管理体制、协调机制、硬件建设、政策支持等方面进一步加强工作。The film and television industry in Qingdao has developed rapidly,but the market size is small;the scale of coastal tourism is large and the demand for transformation and development is urgent.Film and television play an important role in promoting the de-velopment of cultural coastal tourism,and the integration of film and television culture and tourism in Qingdao has great potential for development.At present,Qingdao takes the film and television industry as the focus of development,the influence of film and television cul-ture is small,and the level of integration of culture and tourism is low.There are some prob-lems,such as insufficient contribution of film and television works to the shaping of Qingdao’s city image,weak support for the exploitation of coastal tourism resources and the development of coastal tourism products.We should change the development ideas,strength-en the top-level design,increase the correlation between film and television works and the image of Qingdao coastal city,enhance the exposure rate of Qingdao,promote the integration and development of film and television resources and coastal tourism resources,promote the combination of film and television IP and Qingdao coastal tourism product development,deepen the expression and interpretation of film and television on Qingdao characteristic city culture,and further strengthen the work in planning,management system,coordination mechanism,hardware construction,policy support and other aspects.
