摘  要:针对现有研究通常只考虑配电网的可靠性与韧性,而忽略二者之间的关联关系,导致对相同的故障场景需要重复分析影响评估效率的问题,提出一种基于可靠性指标复用的地震灾害配电网韧性评估方法。首先,基于地震场景下的配电网负荷削减量和极端灾害的发生概率,构建面向规划的地震下配电网韧性指标;然后,根据可靠性和韧性评估中同一故障状态造成的停电范围及负荷削减情况相同这一特点,利用可靠性分析过程中已经计算得到的故障影响增量,直接计算地震下配电网韧性指标,大幅提高地震下配电网韧性评估效率;最后,进一步扩展高阶故障消去方法的适用范围,使其能够快速计算单联络型串联故障。通过RBTSBus6Feeder4算例和IEEE 123节点算例验证了本方法的有效性。In the existing studies,the reliability and resilience of distribution networks are often taken into account separately,which overlooks the corresponding interconnection and results in repetitive analysis of the same fault scenarios.Therefore,the assessment efficiency is affected.To address this issue,a method for assessing the resilience of distribution networks to earthquake disasters is proposed based on the reuse of reliability indices.Firstly,the resilience indices for distribution networks under seismic scenarios are formulated based on the load reduction amount and the occurrence probability of extreme disasters.Secondly,by recognizing that the same fault state in reliability and resilience assessments leads to the same scope of power outages and load reductions,the fault impact increments which are already calculated by the reliability analysis are utilized to directly compute the seismic resilience indices for distribution networks,thus significantly improving the efficiency of seismic resilience assessment.Finally,the applicability scope of a high-order contingency reduction method is further extended to enable a rapid computation of single-contact series faults.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through the results of RBTSBus6Feeder4 and IEEE 123-node test systems.
