摘　　要：制置使司是南宋政权为加强区域军事防御而设置的战区制度。为了应对蒙古“斡腹之谋”的进攻,南宋以李曾伯为制置大使筹建了广南制置司来措置岭南地区防御。广南制置司在军事侦察与情报分析的基础上,通过城防修筑和兵力调配构建了以静江府为核心,邕州为前沿重心的防御体系,并逐步完善宾、柳、象、梧等州的内线防务。因受炎瘴气候影响,广南制置司在宋蒙两次广西战役中并未充分发挥军事效能,但其军事建设在南宋末年抗元战争中产生了重要作用。The Military Commission was a wartime administrative system established by the Southern Song government to strengthen regional military defense.In response to the Mongol attack of“Wofu Strategy”,The Southern Song appointed Li Zengbo as the Chief Commissioner to organize the defense of the Lingnan region by establishing the Guangnan Military Commission.The Guangnan Military Commission constructed a defense system centered on Jingjiang Prefecture,with Yongzhou as the for-ward stronghold based on military intelligence reconnaissance and analysis,and also gradually im-proved the internal defenses of Binzhou,Liuzhou,Xiangzhou,and Wuzhou through fortification con-struction and troop deployment.Influenced by the miasmic climate,the Guangnan Military Commis-sion did not fully demonstrate its military effectiveness during the two Song-Mongol campaigns in Guangxi.However,its military infrastructure had a significant impact on the resistance against the Yuan in the late Southern Song period.
