摘　　要：研制了一种安全型扭轴机械同步折弯机。为提升使用性能,增加了防偏载保护功能和防滑块跌落功能;为扩大使用范围,后挡料装置增加R轴控制功能,可满足更多类型板料的加工工艺需求;在提升安全操作方面,对重点危险源上下模口间、机床后侧增加软硬件相结合的防护设施,并与主控制电路实现联锁控制,有效提高了机床的操作安全性。For the use of torsion bar mechanical synchronous bending machine to improve the performance of the increase in anti-deviation load protection and prevent the slider fall function,in addition to expanding the scope of its use in the original successive blocking device on the increase in the R-axis control to meet the more types of sheet metal processing technology,and at the same time in the safety of operation on the key sources of risk between the upper and lower mold mouth,the machine tool to increase the rear side of the hardware and software combination of protective facilities,and with the main control circuit to realize the interlocking control,effectively improve the safety of machine operation.At the same time,in terms of safety operation,the key sources of danger between the upper and lower die mouths,the rear side of the machine tool to increase the combination of hardware and software protection facilities,and with the main control circuit to realize the interlocking control,and effectively improve the operation of the machine safety.
