摘 要:随着工业4.0时代的到来,智能制造技术正引领制造业转型升级。本文针对传统机械齿轮锻件制造工艺中存在的效率低、质量不稳定等问题,提出了基于智能制造的新工艺方案。研究引入数字模拟设计、智能锻造成形和自动化精整等技术,对传统工艺进行全面优化。通过实验验证,新工艺在生产效率、产品质量、成品率和能耗等方面均取得显著改善。本研究为齿轮锻件制造工艺的智能化升级提供了可行方案和实践参考,对推动相关行业数字化转型具有重要意义。With the arrival of the industry 4.0 era,intelligent manufacturing technology is leading the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.This paper proposes a new process solution based on intelligent manufacturing for the problems of low efficiency and unstable quality in the manufacturing process of traditional mechanical gear forgings.The study introduces digital simulation design,intelligent forging forming and automated finishing technologies to fully optimize the traditional process.Through experimental verification,the new process has achieved significant improvements in productivity,product quality,yield and energy consumption.This study provides feasible solutions and practical references for the intelligent upgrading of gear forgings manufacturing process,which is of great significance for promoting the digital transformation of related industries.
