摘 要:针对高强钢成形中的弯曲回弹问题,构建Draw-bending弯曲回弹测试平台,采用激光扫描方式对比不同圆辊半径和张紧力条件下Q345GJB高强钢回弹测试结果。研究结果表明:当弯曲半径保持不变时,提高张紧力后回弹角减小;当张紧力保持恒定时,随着弯曲半径增加回弹角持续减小。张紧力提高后形成了更小圆辊弯曲半径的结果,特征部位厚度和截面半径都呈现降低的变化趋势。该研究有助于提高成形工艺效率,为后续参数优化奠定一定的理论基础。With the high load operation of the mechanical transmission system,the performance of high-strength steel has been put forward to better requirements,and its flexural resilience is one of the factors that cannot be ignored in the processing process.The Draw-bending bending springback test platform was constructed and the springback test results of Q345GJB high strength steel under different roll radius and tensioning force were compared by laser scanning method.The results show that when the bending radius remains unchanged,the rebound Angle decreases with increasing the tension force.When the tension force remains constant,the rebound Angle decreases continuously with the increase of bending radius.With the increase of tensioning force,the bending radius of the roller is smaller,and the thickness and section radius of the characteristic parts show a decreasing trend.The research is helpful to improve the working efficiency of bending machine in the field of forging and laying a certain theoretical basis for the subsequent parameter optimization.
