水中油含量测定自动化分析优化研究

摘　　要：目前水中油分析采用的是红外分光测油仪,此方法存在人工手动萃取,效率低、精密度差、危害大的问题。因此,参考HJ 637―2018方法,建立了水中油含量测定自动化分析优化方案,经实验测试,新方法能够完全满足快速准确分析工业废水、生活污水等的分析要求。The method is manual extraction with low efficiency,low precision,low accuracy,narrow application range,high cost and great harm.According to the process characteristics of the unit,this paper has established the automatic analysis and optimization scheme of oil content determination in water by reference to HJ 637-2018 method through a large number of literature collection,it can completely meet the requirements of rapid and accurate analysis of industrial wastewater,domestic sewage and so on.
