摘 要:采用泡点法对三种不同单位面积质量的聚丙烯纺粘/熔喷/纺粘(SMS)复合非织造布的微观孔径进行了测试,揭示了其微观孔径结构特点,并分析了孔径对宏观性能静水压和透气性的影响。研究表明,聚丙烯SMS复合非织造布样品A(单位面积质量25.1g/m~2)的平均孔径为24.59 μm,样品B(单位面积质量50.0 g/m~2)和样品C(单位面积质量54.4g/m~2)的平均孔径均在15 μm左右。样品A的微观孔径分布范围最大,样品C最小,造成孔径分布范围差异性的主要原因在于最大孔径相差较大。静水压主要由非织造布的最大孔径决定,最大孔径越大,静水压越小。透气性的影响因素较为复杂,与平均孔径不存在相关性。The bubble point method was used to study the microstructures of three kinds of polypropylene SMS composite nonwovens with different mass per unit area.The microscopic structure of the aperture is revealed and the effects of the pore size on hydrostatic pressure and air permeability is analyzed.Research shows that the average pore diameter of sample A(mass per unit area:25.1 g/m2)was 24.59,and that of sample B(mass per unit area:50.0 g/m2)and sample C(mass per unit area:54.4 g/m2)were about 15μm.Sample A has the largest distribution range of pore size,followed by sample B and sample C.The difference is mainly caused by the bubble point diameter.The hydrostatic pressure is mainly determined by the bubble point diameter of the nonwovens.The larger the bubble point diamete is,the smaller the hydrostatic pressure is.The influencing factors of air permeability are complex and have no correlation with the average pore diameter.
