摘  要:油气田注水增产开发混注工艺中水质配伍性较差,注水井系统结垢严重,在整个注水井系统中流动会加速注入管道腐蚀,导致管道破裂风险增大。为提高注入管道使用寿命,对流动加速腐蚀机理进行了分析,探究了流体动力学、环境和材料三种因素对流动加速腐蚀的影响规律,提出了流动加速腐蚀的防护措施。In the mixed injection process of oil and gas field water injection,water quality compatibility is poor,the scale of water injection well system is serious,the flow accelerated corrosion in the whole water injection well system accelerates the corrosion of injection pipeline,and the risk of pipeline rupture is great.In order to improve the service life of injection pipeline,the mechanism of flow accelerated corrosion was analyzed,the influence of hydrodynamic factors,environmental factors and material factors on flow accelerated corrosion was investigated,and the protective measures were put forward.
