摘  要:抚顺低温干馏工艺中,每套干馏生产装置主要由20台干馏炉、3台加热炉和1套油气净化回收系统构成。加热炉是供给热载体热能的设备,由于3台加热炉的工作机制是轮岗制,一台加热炉供热能力不足时,启用另一台加热炉替换,在两台加热炉更替的时间内,系统内瓦斯流量和压力产生波动,切换结束后系统再次稳定。由于切换设备产生的波动,传导到剩余瓦斯系统,使采用剩余瓦斯为燃料的设备不能稳定运行,需要对现有工艺进行升级革新,解决上述问题。In the Fushun low-temperature dry distillation process,each dry distillation production unit mainly consists of 20 dry distillation furnaces,3 heating furnaces,and a gas purification and recovery system.The heating furnace is the equipment that supplies heat to the heat carrier.Due to the working mechanism of the three heating furnaces being on a rotating schedule,when one heating furnace’s heating capacity is insufficient,another heating furnace is started to replace it.During the time when the two heating furnaces are being switched,the system’s gas flow and pressure fluctuate.After the switch is completed,the system returns to stability.Due to the fluctuations generated by the switching equipment,they are transmitted to the remaining gas system,causing the equipment that uses the remaining gas as fuel to be unable to operate stably.Therefore,an upgrade and innovation of the existing process is needed to solve these problems.
