油气集输管道完整性检测与评价技术研究

摘　　要：随着油田开发建设的深入,原油含水率上升、采出流体矿化度高等腐蚀因素增多,导致地面管道腐蚀问题日益突出。在新“两法”的颁布实施后,对安全、环保提出了更高的要求。油气集输管道复杂多样、运行年限长,存在较大安全隐患。通过开展油气集输管道完整性管理应用研究,建立了完整性管理五步循环体系架构及应用。为适应油田开发新形势,各监管单位需持续加强油田腐蚀与防护工艺技术研究,助力油田长期稳产,推进绿色矿山建设。With the deepening of oilfield development and construction,corrosion factors such as rising water content in crude oil and high mineralization of extracted fluids have increased,leading to increasingly prominent surface pipeline corrosion problems.After the promulgation and implementation of the new two laws,higher requirements have been put forward for safety and environmental protection.Oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines are complex and diverse,with long operating years and significant safety hazards.This article conducts research on the application of integrity management in oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines,and establishes a five step cycle system architecture and application for integrity management.In order to adapt to the new situation of oilfield development,regulatory units need to continuously strengthen research on oilfield corrosion and protection technology,assist in long-term stable production of oilfields,and promote the construction of green mines.
