摘 要:针对聚晶金刚石复合片钻头(PDC)+直螺杆钟摆钻具组合存在的PDC钻头在高转速下工作稳定性差,井斜难于控制和钻开下部地层时加压,在钻头处产生侧向力,导致井斜增加等问题,开展了改进应用单弯螺杆钻具组合受力分析,优选出PDC+单弯螺杆钻具组合螺杆钻具组合工艺。对比了两种工艺防斜效果,井斜角明显变小。现场应用17口井,单弯螺杆在直井段具有较好的防阻卡及防斜功能,提高了机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,降低了钻井成本。Aiming at the problems of poor stability of PDC drill bits at high speeds,difficulty in controlling well inclination,and increased pressure during drilling in the lower strata caused by lateral forces at the drill bit,which resulted in increased well inclination,the PDC+straight screw pendulum drilling tool combination was improved and applied for force analysis,and the PDC+single bending screw drilling tool combination screw drilling tool combination process was optimized.Comparing the anti deviation effects of two processes,the inclination angle of the well has significantly decreased.On site application of 17 wells,the single bending screw has good anti jamming and anti deviation functions in the straight section,improving the mechanical drilling speed,shortening the drilling cycle,and reducing drilling costs.
