手摇式兆欧表基本误差检定结果测量不确定度评定

摘　　要：为了保障手摇式兆欧表测得的电气设备或电气线路对地及相线间的绝缘电阻准确可靠,依据JJG 622—1997《绝缘电阻表(兆欧表)检定规程》,采用ZX119-8型绝缘电阻表检定装置,检定手摇式兆欧表。介绍检定方案,评定检定结果测量不确定度,并验证。结果表明,检定方案满足量值传递要求,能保证测量结果准确、可靠。In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the insulation resistance of the electrical equipment or electrical line to the ground and between the phase lines measured by hand⁃operated megohmmeter,the ZX119-8 in⁃sulation resistance meter verification device is used to verify the hand⁃operated megohmmeter according to JJG 622-1997 Verification regulation of megohmmeter.The verification scheme is introduced,the measurement uncertainty of the verification results is evaluated and verified.The results show that the verification scheme meets the requirement of dissemination of quantity value and can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.
