摘  要:对氢燃料电池动力船舶的技术和政策可行性进行分析,并以某300 TEU氢燃料电池动力内河集装箱船为例,对其经济可行性进行研究。对该船开展包含项目总投资额、总成本和总盈利额在内的全生命周期经济论证,并与同型纯锂电动力船舶的经济性相对比。研究表明,氢燃料电池运行所需氢气成本是影响氢燃料电池动力船盈利的主要因素。随着燃料电池技术的不断发展和氢燃料供给体系的逐步完善,燃料电池在船舶动力领域的应用前景会更广阔。This article analyzes the policy and economic feasibility of hydrogen fuel cell powered ships.Taking a 300 TEU hydrogen fuel cell powered inland container ship as an example,this paper conducts a full life cycle economic analysis including the total investment,total cost,and total profit of the project,and compares its economy with that of a similar pure lithium battery powered ship.The results indicate that the cost of hydrogen required for the operation of hydrogen fuel cells is the main factor affecting the profitability of ship projects.With the continuous development of fuel cell technology and the gradual improvement of hydrogen fuel supply system,fuel cells will have broader application prospects in the field of ship power.
