摘 要:为在空间有限的船坞内安全、高效地开展大型邮轮全回转式吊舱推进器安装工作,以国产首艘大型邮轮为研究对象,通过对传统的吊舱推进器安装方案及其存在的问题进行分析,在五自由度吊舱推进器安装平台的基础上提出一种“3+3”自由度吊舱推进器安装平台设计方案。对该平台的总体结构及其关键零部件进行设计,并通过结构有限元分析验证该设计的可靠性。实际应用结果表明,新设计的吊舱推进器安装平台能有效提高吊舱推进器安装效率和精确度,大幅缩短船坞周期。In order to efficiently and safely carry out the installation of podded thrusters for large cruise ships in the limited space of the shipyard,taking the first domestically constructed large cruise ship as the research object,this paper analyzes the traditional podded thruster installation scheme and its existing problems,and proposes a“3+3”degree of freedom podded thruster installation platform design scheme based on the five degree of freedom podded thruster installation platform.The overall structure and key components of the platform are designed,and the reliability of the design is verified through structural finite element analysis.The practical application results show that the newly designed pod propulsion installation platform can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of pod propulsion installation,significantly shorten the dock cycle,and have reference significance for improving the level of intelligent manufacturing and automated shipbuilding of cruise ships.
