摘  要:以某210 000载重吨散货船的舷灯布置为例,针对国际海事组织MSC. 1/Circ. 1577通函对舷灯布置与《国际海上避碰规则》运用之间关系的统一解释,考虑船舶的实际航行状态和营运状况,通过对3种舷灯布置方式的优缺点进行比较,表明将舷灯布置在上层建筑A甲板为最优航灯布置方式。基于该布置方式对舷灯基座的强度进行有限元计算分析,同时对船舶振动源对舷灯基座的影响进行有限元分析。实船测试和振动测量结果表明,该布置方式能满足统一解释要求,研究成果可供散货船舷灯布置设计参考。The arrangement of side lights on a 210000 DWT bulk carrier is taken as the example to compare the advantages and disadvantages of three types of side light arrangements in consideration of the actual navigation and operational status of the ship,according to the unified explanation of the International Maritime Organization MSC.1/Circ.1577 communication letter regarding the relationship with the Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea.The result shows that the arrangement of side lights on the A-deck of the superstructure is the optimal way.The finite element analysis is conducted on the strength of the side light base of the A-deck arrangement and the influence of ship vibration sources on the side light base.The results of actual ship test and vibration measurement research indicate that the arrangement can meet the requirements of unified interpretation and can be a reference for the design of side lights on bulk carriers.
