摘  要:糖尿病是一种复杂的、全球普遍存在的公共卫生问题,其特征是胰岛素分泌异常、容易出现各种急慢性并发症。脑源性神经营养因子(brain derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)作为胰岛素分泌的一种有效诱导因子,通过调节各种神经递质、肽类以及炎症因子的分泌,对糖尿病及其并发症的发生发展具有一定预测和保护作用。因此,BDNF可能成为糖尿病并发症治疗的新靶点。该文主要从BDNF的结构与调节、BDNF与糖尿病并发症的相关性及发病机制等方面进行综述,以期为开发糖尿病新型治疗手段提供依据。As a complex and global public health problem,diabetes mellitus(DM) is characterized by abnormal insulin secretion and various acute and chronic complications.Brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),as an effective inducer of insulin secretion,may predict the occurrence and development of DM and its complications through regulating the secretion of various neurotransmitters,peptides and inflammatory factors.Therefore BDNF may become a novel therapeutic target for managing diabetic complications.This review summarized the structure and regulation of BDNF,the correlation between BDNF and diabetic complications and the pathogenesis of BDNF to provide rationales for developing novel anti-diabetic remedies.
