摘　　要：目的探讨CT淋巴管成像(CTL)和非增强MR淋巴管成像(MRL)在诊断乳糜胸中的价值。方法回顾性搜集50例经临床确诊为乳糜胸患者的CTL和MRL的资料,所有患者均行CTL和MRL两种检查,观察MRL检查后胸导管和乳糜池的可视化情况,以及CTL检查后对比剂的异常分布情况。结果MRL可显示胸导管及乳糜池,CTL可显示对比剂异常分布的情况。结论MRL是检查乳糜胸患者的初步方法,该方法无创无辐射,CTL可以观察对比剂的异常沉积的部位,二者联合应用可以为该病的诊治提供更多的影像学信息。Objective To explore the value of CT lymphangiography(CTL)and non-enhanced MR lymphangiography(MRL)in the diagnosis of chylothorax.Methods Data on CTL and MRL were retrospectively collected from 50 patients with clinically confirmed diagnosis of chylothorax,and all patients underwent both CTL and MRL examinations to observe the visualization of thoracic ducts and celiac pools after MRL examination,and the abnormal distribution of contrast agents after CTL.Results MRL can show the visualization of the thoracic duct and celiac pool,and CTL can show the abnormal distribution of contrast agent.Conclusion MRL is a preliminary method for examining patients with chylothorax,which is noninvasive and radiation-free,and CTL can visualize the site of abnormal contrast agent deposition,and the combined application of the two can provide more imaging information for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
