摘 要:针对楼板系统功能日益复杂,而相应建筑产品设计和发展相对滞后的问题,本文试图发展产品理论视角下的轻量楼板系统设计方法。首先,依照产品理论,从功能结构、物理层级、映射关系三个方面建立对建筑产品的分析框架。其次,在此基础上,按照上述方法,以瑞士木楼板产品Lignatur和“未来立方”展厅项目为例,对轻量楼板产品进行详细分析。最后,总结出设计方法,从三个方面助力提升建筑产品设计,并以轻量楼板为例,指出提升后产生的综合效益,进一步强化产品应用场景与研究价值。本研究完善了对建筑部品设计的分析框架,更好地为其模块设计、系统整合、性能提升等方面提供理论依据,使装配式建筑实践趋向多样化、精细化。In view of the increasingly complex functions of the floor system,the design and development of the corresponding building products are relatively lagging behind.The paper attempts to develop a floor system analysis method based on the perspective of building products.First,based on the product theory,an analysis framework for architectural products is established from three aspects:functional structure,physical level,and mapping relationship.Then,on this basis,taking the Swiss wooden floor product Lignatur and the“Future Cube”exhibition hall project as examples,the lightweight floor products are analyzed.Finally,the potential for improving the design of architectural products is summarized based on the analysis results,and taking lightweight floor systems as an example to demonstrate how the enhanced performance leads to comprehensive benefits,further strengthening the application scenarios and research value of the product.This research improves the analytical framework for architectural component design,provides better theoretical basis for its module design,system integration,performance improvement,etc.,and contribute to the diversification and refinement of prefabricated building practice.
