摘  要:细根是植物吸收水分养分的重要器官,对于森林生态系统的维持和发展有重要意义。然而,目前对不同演替阶段森林群落(尤其是针对原生天然林及皆伐后不同恢复措施形成的森林类型)细根生物量及其分布特征的研究相对较少。以景德镇地区典型亚热带森林类型针阔混交林(人工林)、常绿阔叶林(次生林)和常绿阔叶林(天然林)为研究对象,采用土钻法对0—30 cm土壤层细根生物量、垂直分布特征进行分析。结果表明:(1)天然林活细根生物量(176.98 g·m^(-2))显著高于人工林(99.88 g·m^(-2))和次生林(94.35 g·m^(-2))(P<0.05);(2)0—15cm土层是细根的主要分布区,该土壤层细根生物量均占总细根生物量的70%以上,相同森林类型中,0—15 cm土壤层细根生物量显著高于15—30 cm土壤层,在相同土壤层,天然林细根生物量显著高于人工林和次生林。(3)与人工林相比,天然林细根有向土壤深层发展的趋势。(4)森林类型和土壤深度对活细根生物量有极显著影响。研究结果可为该地区亚热带森林保育和修复提供理论依据。Fine roots are important organs for plants to absorb water and nutrients,and are great significance for the maintenance and development of forest ecosystems.However,there are few studies focusing on the biomass and distribution characteristics of fine roots of forests communities in different succession stages,especially for the natural forests and forests types formed by different restoration measures after clear cutting.Based on soil drilling method,fine root biomass and its distribution characteristics of 0-30 cm soil layer in typical subtropical theropencedrymion forests(artificial forests),subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest(secondary forests)and subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest(natural forests)were studied.The results are as follows.(1)Fine root biomass of natural forests(176.98 g·m^(-2))was significantly higher than that of the secondary forests(99.88 g·m^(-2))and artificial forests(94.35 g·m^(-2))(p<0.05).(2)0-15 cm soil layer was the main distribution area of fine root in all forests types,and accounted for more than 70% of the total fine root biomass of 0-30 cm soil layer.In the same forest types,fine root biomass in 0-15 cm soil layer was significantly higher than that in 15-30 cm soil layer.In the same soil layer,fine root biomass of natural forests was significantly higher than that of secondary forest and artificial forests.(3)Compared with artificial forest and secondary forest,fine root in natural forest tended to develop into deep soil layers.(4)Forest types and soil layers showed significant influence on the biomass of living fine root.Our results provide the theoretical basis for the conservation and restoration of subtropical forests in this area.
