摘 要:石油焦作为炭阳极生产的主要原料,煅烧是炭阳极生产的第一道工序。目前生产煅后石油焦的设备主要分为罐式煅烧炉和回转窑,而罐式煅烧炉本身具有煅烧质量稳定,氧化烧损较小,煅烧物料纯度高,挥发分利用充分,高温废气可充分利用,生产连续、维修小且费用低等优势,被大规模应用。本文分析了新型十层顺流式罐式煅烧炉操作过程中温度、负压及煅后焦质量之间的关系并对煅烧工艺的操作优化进行了探讨。Petroleum coke is the main raw material of carbon anode production,and calcination is the first step of carbon anode production.At present,the equipment for producing calcined petroleum coke is mainly divided into retort calciner and rotary kiln,and the retort calciner itself has the advantages of stable calcination quality,less oxidation loss,high purity of calcined material and full utilization of volatile matter,high-temperature exhaust gas can be fully utilized,continuous production,less maintenance and low cost,which is applied on a large scale.In this paper,the relationship between temperature,negative pressure and the quality of calcined coke in the operation process of a new type ten-layer down-flow retort calciner is analyzed,and the operation optimization for the calcination process is discussed as well.
