摘　　要：宫颈癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,根治性子宫切除术结合盆腔淋巴结清扫术是其主要的治疗方式。然而,由于手术创伤及术中神经损伤,术后患者易发生膀胱功能障碍,严重影响患者预后和生活质量。本文综述了国内外有关宫颈癌根治术后患者膀胱功能障碍的预防与膀胱功能康复管理的研究文献,主要内容包括改进手术方式、早期拔除导尿管、预防尿路感染、心理干预及应用膀胱功能康复技术等,旨在为临床医护人员进行患者膀胱功能康复管理提供参考,以促进患者膀胱功能的恢复,进而改善患者预后和生活质量。Cervical cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the female reproductive system,and radical hysterectomy combined with pelvic lymph node dissection is its main treatment method.However,due to surgical trauma and intraoperative nerve damage,patients are prone to develop bladder dysfunction after surgery,which severely affects their prognosis and quality of life.This article reviews the research literature on the prevention and rehabilitation management of bladder dysfunction in patients after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer in China and globally.The main contents include improving surgical methods,early removal of urinary catheters,preventing urinary tract infections,psychological intervention,and the application of bladder function rehabilitation techniques,aiming to provide a reference for clinical medical staff in the rehabilitation management of patients'bladder function,to promote the recovery of patients'bladder function,and to improve their prognosis and quality of life.
