摘  要:随着科技的快速发展和全球化的推进,传统的土木工程施工课程教学模式已经难以满足当今社会的需求。为了培养出更多具备创新思维和实践能力的卓越工程师,总结了土木工程施工教学现状及存在问题,提出了学习方式灵活、专业跨界融合、创新导向、个性共性结合的“无边界学习生涯”理念。并探讨了在这种背景下,土木工程施工课程教学改革的方向和策略,旨在打破传统教学模式的限制,使学生能够更好地适应未来职业发展的需求。With the rapid development of technology and the advancement of globalization,the traditional teaching mode of Civil Engineering Construction courses is no longer able to meet the needs of current society.In order to cultivate more outstanding engineers with innovative thinking and practical abilities,this paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of Civil Engineering Construction teaching and proposes the concept of“borderless learning career”with flexible learning methods,cross disciplinary integration of specialities,innovation orientation,and combination of personality and commonality.It also discusses the direction and strategies of teaching reform in Civil Engineering Construction courses,which intends to break the limitations of traditional teaching methods and enable students to better adapt to the needs of future career development.
