基于电力营销全过程的电费风险管控对策研究

摘  要:当前,由于电力企业采取的管控对策效果不佳,电费回收率和损失率比较高,为此文章提出基于电力营销全过程的电费风险管控对策研究。从电力营销全过程中选取业扩管理、现场服务、电费安全以及自动化系统为4个一级指标,在此基础上选取二级指标建立电力营销全过程电费风险指标体系,采用综合分析法对电费风险进行评价。经实验证明,在设计方法应用下电费回收率得到了有效的提升,电费风险管控效果良好。At present,due to poor effect of management and control countermeasures adopted by electric power enterprises,the recovery rate and loss rate of electricity charges are relatively high,so this paper studies the electricity charge risk management and control countermeasures based on the whole process of electric power marketing.Four first-level indicators are selected from the whole process of electric power marketing,including business expansion management,on-site service,electricity charge safety and automation system.On this basis,the second-level indicators are selected to establish the electricity charge risk indicator system in the whole process of electric power marketing,and the comprehensive analysis method is used to evaluate the electricity charge risk.Experiments show that the recovery rate of electricity charges has been effectively improved through the application of the designed method,and the electricity charge risk management and control effect is good.
