青岛里院遗产保护修缮设计实践——以青岛市芝罘路60号为例

摘　　要：青岛里院建筑作为中国近代城市建筑的重要类型之一,具有不同于其他建筑类型的文化和历史价值。然而,由于各种原因,这些建筑在保护方面面临很大的挑战。文章依据《青岛市历史建筑和传统风貌建筑保护利用条例》,以青岛市芝罘路60号为例,通过对建筑进行修缮保护,尽可能保留其历史和文化价值。结果表明,该方案有效地保护了建筑遗产,并为后续类似工程提供了借鉴和参考。As one of the important types of modern urban architecture in China,Qingdao courtyard architecture has cultural and historical value that is different from other architectural types.However,due to various reasons,these buildings face significant challenges in terms of protection.Based on the Regulations on The Protection and Utilization of Historical and Traditional Buildings in Qingdao,this paper takes No.60 Zhifu Road in Qingdao as an example.By repairing and protecting the buildings,the historical and cultural value of the buildings is preserved as much as possible.The result has shown that this plan effectively protects the architectural heritage and provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
