摘　　要：本研究深入探讨了城市更新设计中场地记忆与当下市场需求的融合机制。通过对城市更新现状的细致分析,结合市场需求的多元化趋势及城市发展的新模式,本研究提出了一系列创新性的保留与改造融合机制,旨在实现历史文化的保护与传承,同时满足现代社会的功能需求与审美追求。最后指出了本研究的局限性和对未来研究的展望。本研究不仅为本城市更新设计提供了新的理论视角,也为建筑更新工作提供了有价值的参考。This paper deeply discusses the integration mechanism between the current situation of the old site and the current market demand in urban renewal design.Through a detailed analysis on the current situation of urban renewal,combined with the diversified trend of market demand and the new mode of urban development,this paper puts forward a series of innovative transformation design integration strategies,aiming to realize the protection and inheritance of historical culture,and at the same time,meet the functional needs and aesthetic pursuit of modern society.Finally,the limitations of the study and the prospect of future research are pointed out.This paper not only provides a new theoretical perspective for the urban renewal design,but also provides a valuable reference for the renewal of architectural work.
