摘 要:地铁站域是历史城区活力最高的空间之一,明确其影响因素是提升历史城区活力的基础。文章结合历史城区中地铁站域的特点,从地铁站域活力的外在表征和活力影响因素两个维度构建活力定量测度框架;并使用SPSS进行相关性分析,探讨站域活力外在表征与内在因素的影响关系,并提出相应的规划策略。结果表明:中山路地铁站域活力与各项影响因素在工作日与节假日存在不同的显著相关性;街道活力的外在表征与历史资源吸引力、街道可达性、功能密度等内在构成要素存在具有差异性的显著相关。最后根据相关性分析结果,提出了以活力提升为导向的地铁站域规划设计策略。The subway station area is one of the most vibrant spaces in the historic urban areas,and clarifying its influencing factors is the basis for enhancing the vitality of the historic urban areas.Combining the characteristics of the subway station areas in the historic urban areas,the quantitative measurement framework of station area vitality is constructed from two dimensions of the external representation and the influencing factors of street vitality.The correlation analysis is conducted with SPSS to explore the influence relationship between the external representation and the internal factors of station area vitality,and the corresponding planning strategies are proposed.The results show that there are different significant correlations between Zhongshan Road subway station area vitality and its various influencing factors on weekdays and holidays,and there are different significant correlations between the external representation of street vitality and the internal constituents,such as historical resource attractiveness,street accessibility and functional density,and so on.Finally,based on the results of the correlation analysis,the planning and design strategies of the metro station area oriented by the vitality are proposed.
