摘　　要：本研究从老年住宅选址角度出发,整合了与老年人密切相关的21项设施与社会经济要素,通过层次分析法赋予其权重并进行二次筛选,利用效用理论建立老年住宅选址的适宜性客观评价模型,基于GIS系统结合西安市现有资源呈现可视化结果,最终确定最适宜老年住宅选址的六处区域,旨在为今后养老建筑的发展建设提供参考。From the perspective of the residential site selection of the elderly,21 facilities and socio-economic factors closely related to the elderly are integrated,and their weights are given by the AHP and secondary screening is carried out.The utility theory is used to establish an objective evaluation model for the suitability of the residential site selection of the elderly,and the visual results are presented through the GIS system by combining with the existing resources in Xi’an City.Finally,the paper determines six most suitable areas for the elderly residential sites,aiming to provide a reference for the development and construction of elderly care buildings in the future.
