摘　　要：农文旅融合已经成为实现乡村振兴、构建现代乡村产业体系、提升乡村经济价值、拓展乡村产业链条、促进城乡联动的必要手段和必然趋势。为解决实施农文旅过程中出现的各类问题、更好地指导基层工作,文章旨在通过政策研究、样本收集、案例研究、案例实践的方法,从理论和实践操作层面,较为系统、全面地探讨以地域文化促进乡村农文旅融合的实施技术路径,即以地域文化为内核,构建产业产品体系丰富产业生态,并以地域文化贯穿规划、设计、建设、运营全过程,为行业和政府基层更好地落实乡村振兴工作提供一定的参考价值。The integration of agriculture,culture and tourism has become a necessary means and inevitable trend to achieve rural rejuvenation,to establish a modern-day rural industry system,to upgrade the economic value of villages,to expand the rural industry chain,and to promote urban-rural linkage.In order to address the various problems arising in the process of implementing agrocultural tourism and to better guide grassroots work,this paper aims to explore the technical path of implementing the integration of rural agro-cultural tourism with regional culture in a more systematic and comprehensive manner from both theoretical and practical operational levels through the methods of policy research,sample collection,case studies and case practice.And an integration model is,taking regional culture as the kernel,building an industrial product system to enrich the industrial ecology,and using regional culture to run through the whole process of planning,design,construction,and operation,which provides some reference value forthe industry and the grassroots of the Government to better implement rural rejuvenation work.
