摘  要:玻璃纤维复合材料由玻纤增强体和基体通过辅助手段糅合而成,不同相之间存在界面,为获得优良的界面层,提高复合材料综合性能,需对界面处进行处理。基于有效提高玻璃纤维与基体之间的界面结合力,重点分析偶联剂改性、酸碱刻蚀、稀土元素处理、等离子体技术在改善玻纤复合材料界面结合性能方面的应用及进展,并讨论玻纤界面处理技术及未来的发展趋势,为相关领域应用提供思路。Glass fiber composites are made of glass fiber reinforcement and matrix by auxiliary means,and there is an interface between different phases,which needs to be treated in order to obtain an excellent interfacial layer and improve the comprehensive performance of composites.Based on effectively improving the interfacial bonding between glass fiber and matrix,it was focused on analyzing the application and progress of coupling agent modification,acid and alkali etching,rare earth element treatment,and plasma technology on the interfacial bonding performance of glass fiber composites,and discussing the development trend of the glass fiber interfacial treatment technology and future development trend,which will provide ideas for the application in related fields.
