摘　　要：《各级各类档案馆收集档案范围的规定》(国家档案局令第9号)的发布与实施,对促进我国国家档案资源体系建设起到了历史性的重要作用。本文在回顾其主要内容的基础上,分析其主要特点和时代价值,并从完善、补充和修正等角度出发,提出修订该档案部门规章的相关建议。The promulgation and implementa-tion of the Provisions on the Scope of Collection of Archives at All Levels and of All Categories(Decree No.9 of the State Archives Administra-tion)has played a historic and important role in promoting the construction of China's national ar-chival resources system.On the basis of review-ing its main contents,this paper analyzes its main characteristics and values,and puts for-ward relevant suggestions for revising the regula-tions of the archives department from the per-spectives of improving,supplementing and revis-ing.
