摘　　要：目的制定樟树叶的质量标准,提供其质量控制的依据。方法描述樟树叶药材性状和显微鉴别特征,制订薄层色谱鉴别方法;按2020年版《中国药典》通则方法测定樟树叶中水分、总灰分及浸出物等项目;采用气相色谱法测定药材中桉油精的质量分数。结果樟树叶的性状和显微鉴别特征显著;薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离良好;气相色谱法测定得樟树叶中桉油精的质量浓度在0.25075~10.0300 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),加样回收率平均值为93.9%,RSD=1.6%(n=6),测得12批樟树叶中桉油精质量分数范围为0.077%~0.192%。结论所建立的质量标准控制方法简便准确、重复性好,可用于樟树叶药材的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Cinnamomum camphorae Leaves and provide the basis for their quality control.Methods The characteristics of the medicinal properties and the microscopical identification were observed,the TLC identification was established.The water,total ash,the extract and the volatile oil were determined.GC was used to determine the mass fraction of eucalyptol in Cinnamomum camphorae leaves.Results The characteristics and microscopic identification of Cinnamomum camphorae Leaves were remarkable.The TLC spots were clear and the separation was good.The eucalyptol showed good linear relationship within the range of 0.25075~10.0300 mg/mL(r=0.9997),whose average recovery was 93.9%,RSD=1.6%(n=6).The mass fractions of eucalyptol in 12 batches of Cinnamomum camphorae Leaves ranged from 0.077%to 0.192%.Conclusion This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Cinnamomum camphorae Leaves.
