摘　　要：β-石竹烯(β-caryophyllene,BCP)是一种双环倍半萜植物化合物,具有镇痛、抗炎、抗肿瘤等药理作用。本文对BCP在药理学研究领域的最新进展进行了综述,概述了它的基本药理作用,突出了其保护神经系统、保护心肌、改善肥胖、防治糖尿病及其并发症、保护肝脏、肾脏、肠道屏障等方面的潜在应用价值,为BCP的药物开发提供参考。β-caryophyllene(BCP),a bicyclic sesquiterpene compound,exhibits pharmacological activities including analgesic,anti-inflammatory,and anti-tumor effects.This article provides a comprehensive review of the latest advancements in the pharmacological research of BCP.It summarizes the basic pharmacological properties of BCP,highlighting its potential applications in protecting the nervous system,preserving cardiac function,improving obesity conditions,preventing diabetes and its complications,and safeguarding the liver,kidneys,and intestinal barriers.This review offers insights for the drug development ofβ-caryophyllene.
