摘  要:研究了在铝硼硅酸盐玻璃组分中引入CeO_(2)对玻纤性能的影响规律,在玻璃中引入CeO_(2)和对比组Na_(2)O,通过XPS、拉曼、高温粘度、介电性能、电导率等测试对实验玻璃内部结构、高温热性能以及电化学性能进行对比分析。结果表明:在玻璃中引入CeO_(2)使得玻璃连接程度下降,引入的CeO_(2)主要以Ce^(3+)存在,随着CeO_(2)摩尔分数的上升玻璃中[BO_(3)]占比上升,[BO_(4)]下降。引入4%CeO_(2)可以使玻璃熔制温度和成型温度下降69℃和84℃;使介电常数和介电损耗上升0.63和1.9×10^(-3),电导率上升1×10^(-9)S/m。与引入Na_(2)O相比,玻璃中引入CeO_(2)能更有效降低玻璃熔制成型温度,同时对玻纤介电常数、介电损耗、电导率影响更小。The effects of introducing CeO_(2)into aluminum-borosilicate glass components on the properties of glass fiber were investigated.CeO_(2)and contrast group Na_(2)O were introduced into glass samples.The internal structure,high temperature thermal properties and electrochemical properties of the experimental glass were analyzed by XPS,Raman,high temperature viscosity,dielectric properties and electrical conductivity tests.The results show that introducing CeO_(2)into the glass reduces the degree of glass connection,and the introduced CeO_(2)mainly exists as Ce^(3+).With the increase of CeO_(2)mole fraction,the proportion of[BO_(3)]in the glass increases and[BO_(4)]decreases.Introducing 4%CeO_(2)can reduce the melting temperature and forming temperature of glass by 69℃and 84℃;increase the dielectric constant and dielectric loss by 0.63 and 1.9×10^(-3),and increase the electrical conductivity by 1×10^(-)9 S/m.Compared with the introduction of Na_(2)O,the introduction of CeO_(2)into glass can more effectively reduce the glass melting and forming temperature,and has less effect on dielectric constant,dielectric loss and electrical conductivity of glass fiber.
