摘 要:通过对比多规格二维机织碳布经不同钢针矩阵穿刺后的厚度和力学性能差异,分析穿刺矩阵参数对碳布性能的影响。研究结果表明:钢针总截面积变化是造成碳布性能差异的主要原因,其中钢针直径与总截面积存在显著正相关关系,故矩阵钢针直径越大,穿刺后的碳布增厚及拉伸性能降低现象越明显。By comparing the thickness and mechanical properties of two-dimensional woven carbon cloth with various specifications punctured by different steel needle matrices,the influence of puncture matrix parameters on the performance of carbon cloth was analyzed.The results show that the change of the overall cross-sectional area of the steel needle is the main reason for the difference in the performance of the carbon cloth.There is a significant positive correlation between the diameter of the steel needle and the total cross-sectional area.Therefore,the larger the diameter of the matrix steel needle,the more obvious the thickening of the carbon cloth and the decrease in tensile properties after puncture.
