摘　　要：研究了玻璃纤维丝饼纱的成型原理,通过建立简单的数学模型对丝饼纱的成型剖面图进行了模拟,并对其影响因素进行了初步探讨。结果表明:丝饼纱的成型是由丝束在排线钢丝上的分布规律所决定的,并且受排幅、往复距离和丝束带宽的影响。The forming principle of fiberglass cake were studied,the forming profile of cake by establishing a simple mathematical model was simulated,and its influencing factors were preliminarily explored.The results show that the fiberglass cake forming is determined by the distribution rules of the strand on the traverse,and is influenced by the traverse throw,reciprocating distance,and strand bandwidth.
