摘  要:通过生产过程观察、对浸润剂发黄进行试验模拟分析,研究了玻璃纤维直接纱端面产生黄变的原因,并归纳出引起直接纱端面黄变的重要影响因素。按照影响程度的大小来看,拉丝卷绕比、拉丝张力、拉丝炉位、烘制时间和温度是决定浸润剂黄变的主要影响因素。进一步提出预防直接纱表面发黄的有效措施。The causes of surface yellowing of the glass fiber direct roving were studied through the observation of the production process and experimental simulation analysis of the yellowing of the sizing agent,and the key influencing factors for the direct roving yellowing were summarized.According to the degree of influence,the drawing and winding ratio,fibre attenuation tension,winder position,drying time and temperature are the main factors that determine the yellowing of the sizing agent.Further,some effective solutions for preventing the surface yellowing of direct roving are put forward.
