摘  要:通过分析现有烘干工艺的原理、流程和设备,提出烘干工艺控制及改进方案。对烘干温度曲线进行分析,强调了炉中、炉壁不同位置对成膜时间长短的重要性;对排潮风机频率与VOC风机频率协同性进行了论证,突出排潮能力的重要性,通过对空间温度跟踪值与工艺温度设定值的数据对比,发现热电偶位置对炉内实际温度测量的偏差,提出了解决方案。通过实验验证,有效解决了延长成膜时间、增强浸润剂固化效果、降低含水率等难题,提高烘干效率,降低生产成本,提升产品质量。By analyzing the principles,processes and equipment of the existing drying process,the control and improvement of the drying process were put forward.The analysis of the drying temperature curve emphasized the importance of different positions in the furnace and furnace wall on the film formation time.The demonstration of synergy between moisture removal fan frequency and frequency of VOC fan collaborative highlighted the importance of moisture removal capability.By comparing the data of the space temperature tracking value and the process temperature set value,the deviation of the thermocouple position from the actual temperature measurement in the furnace was found,and a solution was proposed.Through experimental verification,it has effectively solved the problems such as extending the film formation time,enhancing the curing effect of the sizing agent,and reducing the moisture content,improving drying efficiency,reducing production costs,and improving product quality.
