摘 要:针对国产S6高强玻璃纤维特点,采用在现有5232高温环氧树脂体系进行增韧改性的AC532高温环氧树脂体系,通过热熔工艺成功制备了预浸带,制备出的预浸带具有柔软性和适宜的粘性。并采用模压成型工艺制备了复合材料层压板,复合材料表现出良好的室温力学性能和优异的疲劳性能,拉伸强度达2159 MPa,拉伸疲劳强度达404 MPa。相比现有的5232高温环氧S4玻璃纤维预浸带复合材料,拉伸强度高出32%,拉伸疲劳强度提高了35%。成功实现了AC532高温环氧/S6高强玻璃纤维预浸带的国产化研制。In this study,according to the characteristics of domestic S6 high-strength glass fiber,the AC532 hightemperature epoxy resin system was developed by toughening and modifying the existing 5232 high-temperature curing epoxy resin system.The prepreg tape was successfully prepared through hot-melt impregnation process,and the prepared prepreg tape had flexibility and suitable viscosity.Composite laminates were prepared using compression molding technology,which exhibited good room temperature mechanical properties and excellent fatigue performance.The tensile strength reached 2159MPa and the tensile fatigue strength reached 404MPa.Compared with the existing 5232 hightemperature epoxy S4 glass fiber prepreg tape composite material,the tensile strength is 32%higher and the tensile fatigue strength is 35%higher.Finally,the domestic development of AC532 high-temperature epoxy/S6 high-strength glass fiber prepreg tape was successfully achieved.
