纪检监察学自主知识体系建构中的范畴研究

摘　　要：范畴是人类在一定历史阶段理论思维发展水平的呈现,也是一门学科成熟程度的体现。纪检监察学成为一级学科后,对其范畴的研究成为纪检监察学基础理论研究的重要内容。纪检监察学范畴具有鲜明的中国特色,是中国自主知识体系的重要组成部分,是理论与实践的辩证统一、历史与现实的扬弃升华,是纪检监察学学科与其他相近学科之间、中国与他国之间进行有效沟通、对话、合作的介质与桥梁。依照所属二级学科、研究对象和抽象程度的区分标准,纪检监察学范畴可以划分为不同的体系。“责任”彰显了中国共产党作为使命型政党的本质特征,全面反映了纪检监察学学科以人民为中心的价值属性并构成纪检监察学范畴体系的逻辑起点。由于“责任”在纪检监察学中的独特地位,以及其高度的抽象性与涵摄性,笔者认为它可以成为纪检监察学的基石范畴之一。Categories are manifestations of human theoretical thinking at a particular historical stage and also serve as indicators of a discipline’s maturity.Following the establishment of Discipline Inspection and Supervision studies as a primary discipline,research into its categories has become a crucial aspect of its foundational theoretical studies.The categories within Discipline Inspection and Supervision studies possess distinctive Chinese characteristics,forming an integral part of China’s independent knowledge system.They epitomize the dialectical unity of theory and practice,the transcendence of history and reality,and serve as a conduit and bridge for effective communication,dialogue,and collaboration between Discipline Inspection and Supervision studies and other similar disciplines,as well as between China and other nations.Based on the criteria of affiliated secondary disciplines,research subjects,and levels of abstraction,the categories of Discipline Inspection and Supervision studies can be divided into various systems.The concept of“Responsibility”underscores the inherent features of the Communist Party of China as a mission-driven party,fully encapsulates the people-oriented value attributes of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision discipline,and constitutes the logical inception of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision studies’category system.Given its unique status within Discipline Inspection and Supervision studies,coupled with its high degree of abstraction and comprehensiveness,the author posits that“responsibility”could be considered one of the foundational categories of Discipline Inspection and Supervision studies.
