摘　　要：目的:探索不同诊疗模式对恶性肿瘤患者自我感受负担及心理韧性的影响因素。方法:随机抽取2024年7月-2024年8月分别就诊的日间化疗和住院的恶性肿瘤患者,在两种诊疗模式下共95例患者,其中日间化疗51例及住院患者44例,采用恶性肿瘤患者自我感受负担量表(Self-perceived Burden Scale,SPBS)及心理韧性量表(CD-RISC),评估患者就诊期间自我感受负担及心理韧性情况,分析相关影响因素。结果:两种诊疗模式的恶性肿瘤患者自我感受负担的评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心理韧性评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关影响因素包括中青年、文盲学历、入区或入院后首次输液的时间等。结论:日间化疗的诊疗模式适合中青年、低学历、入区或入院后1 h内无法得到首次输液治疗的及就诊费用较高的患者,可以显著降低其自我感受负担。Objective:To explore the factors affecting the self-feeling burden and psychological resilience of patients with malignant tumors by different diagnosis and treatment models.Methods:95 patients with malignant tumors visited from July 2024 to August 2024,51 cases of daytime chemotherapy and 44 cases of inpatients were randomly selected,using the Self-perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)for malignant tumor patients.and the psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)evaluate the patient′s self-feeling burden and psychological resilience during the visit,and analyze the relevant influencing factors.Results:The difference in the score of the self-feeling burden of patients with malignant tumors in the two diagnosis and treatment modes has statistical significance(P<0.05),and the difference in the score of psychological resilience has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Relevant influencing factors include young and middleaged people,illiterate education,the time of the first infusion after entering the area or admission.Conclusion:The diagnosis and treatment mode of daytime chemotherapy is suitable for young and middle-aged patients with low education,patients who cannot get the first infusion treatment within 1 hour after entering the area or admission,and the cost of seeing a doctor is high,which can significantly reduce their self-feeling burden.
