摘 要:印制电路板(PCB)行业产生的显影废水是一种成分复杂、难以生化降解的高浓度有机废水。本文首先采用单因素实验确定酸化、铁碳微电解、Fenton氧化反应的最佳反应条件,其中酸化pH值为2;铁碳微电解条件:铁碳质量比取2,百毫升废水药剂投加量为3 g,pH值为2,反应时间为30 min;Fenton氧化条件:初始pH值为3,H_(2)O_(2)与Fe^(2+)的摩尔比为6,百毫升废水需加入H_(2)O_(2)0.6 m L,反应时间为90 min。其次,通过酸化-铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化组合工艺处理该废水,经组合工艺处理后,废水中的COD_(Cr)浓度从原来的5 320 mg/L降至432 mg/L左右,去除率达91%左右,为工厂废水预处理提供了依据。The developed wastewater produced in the production of printed circuit board(PCB)is a kind of wastewater with high organic matter content,complex composition and difficult to biochemical degradation.In this paper,the optimal reaction conditions were firstly obtained through single-factor experiments.The acidification reaction acidification pH=2.The conditions of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis:The iron-carbon mass ratio was 2,the dosage of the agent was 3 mg/100 mL,the reaction pH value was 2,and the reaction time was 30 minutes.Fenton oxidation reaction:The initial pH was 3,H_(2)O_(2)/Fe^(2+) was 6,the dosage of H_(2)O_(2) was 0.6 mL/100 mL,the reaction time was 90 minutes.Secondly,the wastewater was treated by acidifying-Iron-carbon micro-electrolysis-Fenton oxidation combined process,after the combined process,The COD_(Cr) concentration in wastewater was reduced from 5320 mg/L to 432 mg/L,the removal rate reached about 91%,provided a basis for the pretreatment of wastewater in the factory.
