探讨新时期环境影响评价技术评估工作的开展对策

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展,各类建设项目如雨后春笋般涌现,对环境的影响日益突出。环境影响评价作为从源头上预防环境污染和生态破坏的重要手段,其技术评估工作的有效性直接关系到环境保护目标的实现。然而,在当前新时期,环境影响评价技术评估工作面临着一系列的挑战和问题,因此,有必要针对这些问题展开深入研究,探讨新时期环境影响评价技术评估工作的开展对策,以期为环境影响评价工作的顺利开展提供技术支持和政策参考。With the rapid development of China’s social economy,all kinds of construction projects emerge like mushrooms,and the impact on the environment is increasingly prominent.As an important means to prevent environmental pollution and ecological damage from the source,the effectiveness of the technical assessment of environmental impact assessment is directly related to the realization of environmental protection goals.However,in the current new period,the environmental impact assessment technology assessment work is facing a series of challenges and problems,therefore,it is necessary to in-depth study on these problems,discusses the environmental impact assessment technology assessment countermeasures in the new period,in order to provide smoothly for environmental impact assessment work technical support and policy reference.
