摘　　要：场地土壤污染调查及评估工作是掌握土壤环境质量状况的重要一环,对后续场地开发利用具有指导性意义。通过调查工作的开展,我们可以明确划分污染场地与无污染场地,进而实施分类别、分用途的管理。针对未污染土地,后续开发利用中需加强对未污染土壤的保护,严控新增土壤污染;针对污染场地,则需对场地土壤的污染来源、污染因子、污染途径等进行详细了解,并分析其对人体健康的危害程度等,对场地土壤污染情况进行全面评估,并结合场地规划实施风险管控或土壤修复工作,最终达到促进土壤资源安全利用、有效利用、永续利用的目的。本文简要分析了场地土壤污染调查及评估工作开展的要点,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。Site soil pollution investigation and assessment is an important part of mastering soil environmental quality,and has guiding significance for subsequent site development and utilization.Through the development of the investigation work,we can clearly divide the contaminated site and the pollution-free site,and then implement the classification and use management.For unpolluted land,it is necessary to strengthen the protection of unpolluted soil in the subsequent development and utilization,and strictly control the pollution of new soil.For contaminated sites,it is necessary to understand in detail the source,pollution factors,pollution ways,and the degree of harm to human health and ecological environment of the site,conduct a comprehensive assessment of the soil pollution situation of the site,and implement risk control or soil remediation in combination with site planning,so as to ultimately promote the safe,effective and sustainable utilization of soil resources.This paper mainly analyzes the main points of soil pollution investigation and assessment in the site,in order to provide reference for the relevant staff.
