摘　　要：随着国内经济的高速发展,地表水环境、地下水环境、大气环境和土壤环境等生态载体均出现严重污染问题,因而目前我国面临的生态环境形势越来越严峻。环境监测作为一种动态的生态环境质量监管手段,其有效实施有利于环境质量管理、污染物排放控制和环境合理规划等。本文以具体的典型项目为切入点,针对环境监测质量控制及强化措施进行详细剖析,以为类似项目提供可实施的参考。With the rapid development of domestic economy,the ecological carriers such as surface water environment,groundwater environment,atmospheric environment and soil environment have serious pollution problems,so the ecological environment situation facing our country is becoming more and more severe at present.Environmental monitoring is a dynamic means of ecological environmental quality supervision,and its effective implementation is conducive to environmental quality management,pollutant discharge control and environmental rational planning.This paper takes specific typical projects as the starting point,analyzes the environmental monitoring quality control and strengthening measures in detail,so as to provide a reference for similar projects.
