摘 要:提出放射状和交叉状两类辐条结构的解析和设计方法。针对零交叉、二交叉、四交叉和六交叉编法的四种常见辐条结构,建立了车轮在轴载重力、轴驱动和制动力矩、轴牵引和制动、轮地反作用以及轮辋切向摩擦等受力状态下相对应的轮组辐条张力矢量受力模型,同时搭建简单的实验平台对实验用车轮进行径向加载,与模型计算产生的数据结果进行粗略定性对比。初步验证该模型存在的合理性与科学性,为进一步分析差异原因、优化模型和提出具体计算分析方法的研究奠定基础。In this paper,the analysis and design method are proposed for two types of spoke structures,radial and cross-shaped.Aiming at the four common spoke structures with zero-cross,two-cross,four-cross and six-cross weaving modes,the wheel set spoke tension vector force model corresponding to the load capacity of the shaft,shaft drive and braking torque,shaft traction and braking,wheel-to-ground reaction,and rim tangential friction is established.At the same time,a simple experimental platform is built to carry out radial loading on the experimental wheel.A rough qualitative comparison with the data results generated by the model calculation is carried out to preliminarily verify the rationality and scientificity of the model.This study lays the foundation for further analyzing the cause of the difference,the model optimization and the specific calculation and analysis method.
