地塞米松诱发澳湖杂交羊集中分娩研究

摘  要:旨在观察地塞米松诱导澳湖杂交经产母羊集中分娩的效果。将189只经产妊娠母羊随机分为7个组(6个试验组,1个对照组),每组27个重复,试验组分别在母羊妊娠期第144、145天的18:00分别注射地塞米松16、20和24 mg(分别记录为144-16、144-20、144-24、145-16、145-20、145-24),对照组不进行地塞米松注射处理;观察并记录母羊的产程、羔羊娩出、胎衣排出的时间以及母羊是否发生难产,记录初生羔羊的首次站立、吃初乳的时间,羔羊初生重和产活羔数,进一步追踪新生羔羊的2周龄重、断奶重以及母羊下次参与配种的受胎率。结果显示:对照组50%母羊完成分娩需81.10 h,而试验组50%母羊完成分娩需11.90~48.21 h;对照组产羔持续时长为141.84 h,各试验组产羔持续时长均低于对照组,其中145-16组的产羔持续时长最短(29.18 h),145-24组为次最短(56.65 h);36 h分娩率,试验组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中145-16组母羊全部完成分娩(36 h分娩率达到100%),而对照组36 h分娩率仅为20%;所有试验组母羊的难产率、胎衣不下率、产活羔率、产程时长、胎衣排出时长、第一情期受胎率及总受胎率与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05);各试验组新生羔羊的站立时长、吃初乳时长均与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);地塞米松不同处理方案出生的单羔、双羔及多羔,其初生重、2周龄重、断奶重及断奶日增重在统计学上均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下,6种方案均可以诱发澳湖杂交母羊集中分娩且对母羊和羔羊无不良影响,生产实践中推荐使用分娩集中度高的145-16方案。The aim of the experiment was to observe the effect of dexamethasone inducing centralized lambing in Aohu hybrid sheep.189 parturient pregnant ewes were obtained and randomly divided into 7 groups(6 experimental groups and 1 control group)with 27 replicates in each group.The experimental groups were injected with dexamethasone at doses of 16 mg,20 mg,and 24 mg(recorded as 144-16,144-20,144-24,145-16,145-20,and 145-24,respectively)at 18:00 on the 144th and 145th days of gestation in the ewes,respectively;and the control group was treated without dexamethasone injection.Then,the lambing duration,delivery time,placenta discharge time were recorded;and also recorded was whether or not the ewes had a difficult delivery.Next,and the time of delivered lambsstanding,feeding colostrum,and the birth weight of the delivered lambs,the number of live lambs were observed,and the two-week-old lambsweight and the weaned lambsweight and the pregnancy rate of ewes of each group for the next mating were further tracked.The results showed that it took 81.10 h for 50%of the ewes in the Con group to complete delivery,while 50%of the ewes in the experimental group took 11.90-48.21 h to complete delivery.The duration of lambing in the Con group was 141.84 h,and the duration of lambing in the experimental groups was shorter than that of the Con group,with the shortest lambing being in the 145-16 group(29.18 h)and the second shortest in the 145-24 group(56.65 h).The 36 h delivery rate was all significantly higher(P<0.05)in the experimental group than in the Con group,with all ewes in the 145-16 group completing their deliveries(100%36 h delivery rate),whereas the control group had a 36 h delivery rate of only 20%of the ewes.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the rate of difficult delivery,live lambing rate,time of placenta discharge,stages of labor,pregnancy rate of the next mating and total pregnancy rate of ewes in all the experimental groups,compared with the control group.The standing time and colostrum feeding time of newb
