摘  要:基于2009—2022年A股上市的制造业企业面板数据和固定效应模型,分析了人工智能应用对制造业企业劳动力数量、工资水平和劳动力质量的影响.结果表明,人工智能应用会降低企业的劳动力数量和对大专及以下劳动力的需求,但职工工资水平会得到提高,对本科、硕士及以上劳动力的需求也会显著增加.因此,劳动者应主动提升自己的专业技能和知识储备,这样不仅有助于应对人工智能带来的就业冲击,甚至还能提升就业竞争力和工资水平.Based on the panel data of A-share listed manufacturing enterprises from 2009 to 2022 and the fixed effect model,the impact of artificial intelligence application on the labour quantity,wage level and labour quality of manufacturing enterprises was analysed.The results show that the application of artificial intelligence will reduce the number of labor force in enterprises and the demand for labor force with college degree or below,but the salary level of employees will be increased,and the demand for labor force with bachelor degree,master degree or above will also significantly increase.Therefore,workers should actively enhance their professional skills and knowledge reserves,which not only helps to cope with the employment impact brought by artificial intelligence,but also improves employment competitiveness and wage levels.
