摘  要:【目的】综述碳系导电油墨及其应用的研究进展,为研发性能稳定、导电性优良的导电油墨及其应用方式提供参考。【方法】通过查阅文献归纳碳系导电油墨的类型、制备方法和应用领域,比较不同碳系导电油墨的性能和优缺点,并对其应用场景进行展望。【结果】目前,关于碳系导电油墨的研究集中在石墨烯、碳纳米管新型导电填料,如何提高其分散性是当前需要解决的问题。现有碳系导电油墨多用于制备传感器、柔性可穿戴设备等。【结论】利用石墨烯的高导电性、机械性能,将其作为导电油墨填料用于开发高性能的柔性电子器件是未来的重要研究方向。[Purposes]This paper aims to review the research progress on carbon-based conductive inks and their applications,and provide references for developing conductive inks with stable performance and excellent conductivity,as well as their application methods.[Methods]By reviewing literature,the types,preparation methods,and application fields of carbon-based conductive inks were summarized,and by comparing the performance,advantages,and disadvantages of different carbon-based conductive inks,their application scenarios were prospected.[Findings]Current research on carbon-based conduc⁃tive inks mainly focuses on new conductive fillers such as graphene and carbon nanotubes.Improving their dispersibility is a problem that needs to be addressed currently.Existing carbon-based conductive inks are mostly used in the fabrication of sensors,flexible wearable devices,etc.[Conclusions]Utilizing the high conductivity and mechanical properties of graphene as a conductive ink filler for the development of high-performance flexible electronic devices will be an important research direction in the future.
